Growing up around motorcycles, skateboards, and hardcore/punk music - flannels were always a staple in our closets. But, like everyone else, we were tired of them not fitting well and then wrinkling, shrinking, and fading after the first wash. We rolled out the first flannel in 2013 and haven’t looked back since!

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment
• Load and unload containers of products
• Accept delivery of inventory
• Count and confirm inventory
• Mark and label stock
• Store inventory in a logical and accessible manner
• Load and wrap product on pallets

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality – twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching.
• Able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods
• All of the above items must be able to be executed daily, without restriction.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance
• Able to report to work daily with a positive mental attitude and willing to put in the hard work and effort daily.
• Customer service driven – when attention to the accuracy of items picked and shipped is very high, the customer has the best experience.

Standard Stuff

Must be available to work 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday, with some expected overtime and additional hours as needed during our very busy days. The occasional Saturday and or Sunday shift might be needed at times as well.

Willing to be trained in safe use of cherry picker/order picker, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
