OFFICIAL RULES

1.    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2.    Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, Dixxon Flannel Co. Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to contiguous United States residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dixxon Flannel Co. (“Sponsor”) and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win.

3.    Entry Period. The Sweepstakes will begin February 6, 2025 and end on March 31, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

 

4.    How To Enter: Only one entry per household. To be eligible all entries must be received before March 31, 2025. Send a postcard with your full name, mailing address, and phone number, to Dancun Giveaway, Dixxon Flannel Co. PO Box 11660 Tempe AZ 85284. No purchase necessary to win. Maximum of one (1) postcard entry per household. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, technology failures, delay of mail, or acts of God. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

 

5.    Each purchase made of a Dixxon Flannel Co. Dancun series (Men’s, Women’s or Youth Flannel) Glowy Hole, Zen Den, Flannel Falls, Twin Palms, Grotto, and Pumper will receive one sweepstakes entry Purchases need to include the customer email or phone number to be eligible. There is a purchase limit of 4 flannels per style, limiting the maximum entries to 72; or 12 per flannel release. 

6.    Winner Selection. Six (6) 2025 Dancun Sweepstakes chosen by Dixxon Flannel Co. in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

7.    Prizes and Odds. One (1) Trip to Dancun and the Dixxon Flannel Co. Headquarters in Tempe Arizona to include Round-trip, coach class airfare for two (2) from the closest Airport to the Winner to Phoenix Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway Airport, one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for 2 nights/2 days at the Crowne Plaza Resort in Chandler Arizona, $100 per day travel credit for 2 days, 1 meal per day for 2 days. Selection of airline, hotel, and other travel arrangements are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in Prize package. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Minors are excluded. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (i.e. valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel. Winner understands there are inherent risks involved in travel and these risks may be present before, during, and after the trip. Winner agrees to accept the Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor is in no manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Additional terms and conditions may apply to airline, hotel, transportation, meals, and activities related to the prize. Sponsor is in no way responsible or liable for cancellations, delays, losses, or damages. Approximate retail value of the prize is $2500.00, depending on fluctuations in airfare, accommodations, transportation and meal costs. Any difference between state approximate retail value and actual value of the price will not be awarded. All travel must take place before August 1, 2025, or the prize will be forfeited. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or Taxpayer identification number before price will be awarded. A Form 1099 will be issued to prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. The prize is “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Limit one prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8.    Winner Notification and Acceptance. to be announced on Instagram on the @dixxonflannelco account’s stories. To claim prize, the winner must reply to the email sent from the official Dixxon Flannel Co account Robby@dixxon.com within 48 hours. One phone call will also be made to the winner during the 48 hour response window, with a reply required before the conclusion of the 48 hours. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned as instructed by Sponsor. Failure to complete, sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

9.    Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

10. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

11.  Sponsor. Dixxon Flannel Co. Giveaway is sponsored by Dixxon Flannel Co. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes. General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes.

12.  YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
